Angels Puke...in Your Brain!

This is what my desktop looks like right now because it’s that time of the year! It is time for Desert Bus for Hope. The crew from Loading Ready Run have basically created the first and only (that I know of) Internet telethon wherein they play the most boring and horrible game ever, Desert Bus, and people pledge money to continue to make them drive the bus. All proceeds go to Child’s Play which is Penny Arcade’s charity that buys Xmas toys for kids in hospitals.

The game Desert Bus has an interesting lineage; it was spawned from Penn and Teller. Check out the history here. The Desert Bus webcams are oddly soothing and mesmerizing. I don’t know why watching geeky/slightly dorky Canadians play a terrible game is so entertaining. I just know that it is. They raised $70,000 last year. Get on the bus.

Today, we went to the Metaphysical Fair aka the Windchime Fest, and I got my aura photographed. My first encounter with this particular practice was in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2004 or maybe 2003 (I’m terrible with dates; it’s just all the same day, man). I had the same colors as before which completely vary from person to person and moment to moment, the dude in front of me’s picture was red and orange, but the configuration and proportion of my soul, I guess, has changed.

Things we learned from this picture include but are not limited to: my heart chakra, crown chakra and third eye are open. I am peaceful, contemplative, mystical, and unifying. I should become a Reiki practitioner because I am already adept at putting healing energy out into the world. Though I put a lot of good healing energy out into the world, I should heal myself also. Be nicer to myself. Also, along with every single person at the damn Metaphysical Fair, the guy at the booth told me that the pink in the lower right is a child’s energy trying to come into my life. I just had a baby 8 months ago, so this would be another child. The guy then looked at me and said so remember that you’re going to be really fertile and the he backed away from me and kind of joked that he shouldn’t be standing so close because you know I might get pregnant from someone breathing on me. All that from this picture.

I bet you guys didn’t think my spirit would look like that considering all the weird tentacle porn I used to post.

Instant reblog because I love this movie, everything about it makes my panties tingle. It’s got Bowie, 80s retro gloss, vampires, young naked Susan Sarandon, CATHERINE DENEUVE, lesbian lovings, doves flying through curtains, mummies, monkeys, and scientists, plus everyone smokes even in the lab looking thru miscroscopes (hey just ash in my petri dish).
